The collection and use of your data is carried out in line with the statutory provisions. This website can normally be used without entering any personally identifiable data.

Where Transsuetterlin collects, processes and uses personally identifiable data, this is done in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Law as well as other relevant data protection regulations and in accordance with this privacy policy. Your email address may also be personally identifiable information, if it includes your name and thus discloses your identity. Every time an internet file is requested, the following data is saved: the computer from which the page was requested, the requested file name, the date and the time of the request, the amount of data transferred, the access status, a description of the operating system used and the IP address of the requesting computer.

Any personal/business data provided by you is used by transsuetterlin only in order to communicate with you and to maintain a business relationship with you. We do not compare your data with entries in any other databases nor do we share your data with third parties, not even in extracts.

Transsuetterlin does not make use of any analyzing services.

Transsuetterlin reserves the right to change the security and privacy measures, insofar as this is necessary in the course of technical developments and to update this privacy policy accordingly and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
